For Staff:
1. Prior to scheduling any appointments we will pre-screen all new and returning patients on their recent travel history and health status of the past 3 months. We want to make sure that our patients have not been exposed by recent travel, nor been sick, or in contact with others who have been infected by the COVID-19 virus.
2. When scheduling appointments, we are spacing them out in larger blocks and longer timeframes to avoid overcrowding appointments. Thus, we are capping our total patient occupancy to 2-4 patients per hour on a case by case basis and/or by office location.
3. For all elective surgeries, our surgical team will be wearing head covers, shield masks, face masks, gloves and other protective garments to ensure optimal safety and sanitation. *We will be checking all staff members’ temperatures daily also.
For Patients:
1. When arriving at our office, we will be using Touch-Free Infrared Thermometers to take all patients’ temperatures to ensure they have no current or presiding fever. All patients will also need to answer COVID-19 screening questions before entering the office.
2. All staff and patients will be required to wear masks at all times during office visits and business hours, unless receiving treatment to face area.
3. During check-in and checkout at the front desk, we will help one patient at a time and ask any patients waiting to either stand 6 ft away, or to wait outside in the foyer until previous patient exits.
4. We are disinfecting our office after each patient visit and air-filtering each treatment room after every session.
For Visitors:
1. *For family and friends without appointments, or caretakers who are accompanying any patients: We are currently not allowing non-patient visitors to wait in our lobby, unless confirmed otherwise. Friends or family can either wait outside in our foyer or in their car until the patient visit is complete.
2. For patients who want to purchase products, we are offering curbside pickup if patients feel uncomfortable entering the office. · We will prepare your products ahead of your arrival and place in bags for your pickup. The exterior product packaging will be disinfected and our staff will wear masks and gloves during your pickup and purchase transaction. · In an effort to help protect our community, we will include a complimentary reusable cloth mask with a product purchase of $50 or more. Limited to one per person, up to four per household due to our very limited quantity of masks on hand.
