Have you ever wanted to tighten and rejuvenate your skin without surgery, peels, or lasers? Wang Plastic Surgery and MedSpa offers DermaPen®, the award-winning, FDA-approved, nonsurgical treatment that can reduce fine lines and wrinkles as it stimulates the production of collagen also referred to as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), also known as the Vampire Facial.
DermaPen® harnesses the skin’s own repair processes to reinvigorate damaged and aging skin and improve stretch marks and scars — including notoriously resistant acne scars. Multiple treatments are most effective and DermaPen® can be used in conjunction with other modalities, including our very own Laser Genesis.
If you're ready to improve skin texture, uneven pigment, wrinkles and shrink pores with a vampire facial in Pasadena or the Inland Empire, it's time to schedule your visit! You can request a consultation online or call Wang Plastic Surgery at (888) 360-6688 today to schedule your appointment.

How many Dermapen treatments are necessary to achieve a good results?
Improvement is seen with each treatment but a series of treatments is best to achieve optimal results. Dr.Wang can provide you with a treatment plan to achieve your desired results.
Is Dermapen or Vampire Facial painful?
Pain levels vary for each patient, based upon tolerance to pain, areas being treated, and other factors. For light treatments, the sensation is compared to a tickling sensation. For deeper treatments, in order to minimize pain, Dr. Wang or his assistants can apply a numbing anesthetic cream to the area being treated prior to the procedure.
Is there any downtime?
On the day of treatment, the treated area will be red and very mildly sore. You will look like you have a sunburn. The same day post-treatment, you will be able to apply make-up as usual and your skin will appear slightly pink. Some people have mild peeling of sloughed dead skin 3-4 days after the treatment.
How long does a treatment take?
Although the actual Dermapen® treatment takes only a few minutes, we schedule you for a one hour appointment time so that we can comfortably numb the area prior to treatment and answer any questions you may have.
What precautions do I need to take after treatment?
Like all good Riverside, California plastic surgeons, Dr. Wang will give you post-treatment instructions to follow. Specific instructions may vary based on your skin type, and the condition being treated.
